Class Description
Come and learn some basic sewing. We will begin with a few simple hand stitches, including sewing on a button, and make your own sewing kit. Then we will move to machine sewing. Learning the parts of a sewing machine, make a throw pillow, pillow case, cinch backpack, 4 patch potholder, and more.
Provided Supplies: Sewing kits, fabric, other supplies for projects, and sewing machines
Class Requirements: NA
Materials Needed: Students need to bring a pencil box, bag, or pouch to keep their supplies in from week to week
