Walk, run, skip, march, or hop your way through our fifteen minutes of Mileage Club! How many laps will you get this fall?
Then catch your breath and get ready for a variety of gym activities (games, relay races, hula hut, cardio drumming, jump rope, and more).
Class Requirements: NA
Materials Needed: Gym shoes and a water bottle–you will get thirsty!!!! Jacket for cool days–we will be outside when weather permits.
*Due to the need to provide adequate supervision for our entire program, classes registering fewer than 5 students at sign-up may be canceled in order to allow for appropriate coverage.
