Gluten Free Cooking *with dairy free alternative recipes too*
Explore cooking tasty Gluten Free recipes from scratch. There will also be dairy substitutions for those students who are dairy free. Each student will be able to take home a mini cookbook at the end of the semester of all the recipes that we make each week throughout the semester. All while having fun in the kitchen!
*Parents please use your best judgement with your child and food allergies. We will be using a shared kitchen that the church also uses that probably will have traces of wheat and dairy. We will try our absolute best while we are there with what food we bring in. There will be dairy free alternative options for each recipe as one of the teachers is GF and DF.
