This is a class on Healthy easy foods using fresh produce when possible. I am not sure what all this will include. I am Gluten Free so most if not all the recipes will be gluten free…don’t worry it is easy and healthy(most of the time). Some examples would be broccoli salad, granola and peanut butter cookies. It would possibly include making different types of snacks that do not require a stove or oven.
Requirements: Should have basic knowledge of kitchen appliances….i.e. have used a stove and oven before.
