Hula hooping is a great for fitness and your brain. Each student will make their own hoop on the first day of class to use and keep forever and ever or untill your dog chews it up. Hooping is great for strength, enhanced balance, increased self confidence, fosters self expression, while generating joy and laughter. We will cover fundamental hula hooping, self expressive movement, circus trick style movement, yoga style stretches, fitness ideas, a short choreographed sequence and play fun cooperative games and activities.
Class Requirements: No hooping experience needed.
Materials Needed: All supplies will be provided.
