Help students understand the beauty, variety, order, and organization of God’s creations and the basic terminology of kingdoms and classification. Help students understand what cells are and the difference between unicellular and multicellular organisms. Understand the characteristics and functions of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. And so on and so forth…
This unit study is designed for middle school ages kids, this course, even with the extensions, is not considered sufficient for high school level according to the website. As a homeschooling mom, we can turn anything into a credit, so your high schoolers could totally take this class.
Class Requirements: This isn’t really a fun in the sun class, (even though we will be having fun in the sun because SCIENCE), I need kids to understand that this class is a credit class.
If older high school kids are in this class, homework will be assigned. Homework is recommended for 7th grade and up.
Materials Needed: Pen, paper, notebook, and a place to keep any homework or study materials.
