Class Description
Students will be learn how to make applesauce, keep animals, gardening, making cheese, render lard, make soap, make homemade pizza, and make jam.
Class Requirements: Must be able to use kitchen knives safely and follow directions closely.
Materials Needed: 1 pint jar with lid and 2 half pint jars with lids.
