Gym class is all about having fun, challenging your skills, and learning new things in a positive and encouraging environment. Through a variety of activities and games we will develop communication, coordination, and cooperation skills. This class is for students that want to get moving and actively participate in each week’s fun and games.
We will be also focusing on flexibility, coordination, strength training, and yoga stretching without the religious aspect. I will also be posting kids workout videos to do through out the week to help encourage them to keep active during the week.
Class Requirements: Must be willing to listen to direction and adults. Have a good attitude and have fun.
Materials Needed: Socks, tennis shoes, clothing that’s easy to move in and do cartwheels in.
