The class will be broken down into two sections.
The first half we will be doing a full on workout video.
The second half we will be discussing topics that may include:
Positive Body Image
Healthy eating habits
What alcohol does to our bodies
What cigarettes do to our bodies
Positive ways to encourage ourselves and others
This will expand as I have more time to prepare!
Class Requirements: Girls only, a safe environment to openly discuss matters that pertain to young women in this society. No discrimination, just easier to discuss in a gender specific group 🙂 MUST be able to handle physical exertion! We are doing a full on exercise routine that will involve in school participation and out of school.
Materials Needed: Proper attire to exercise in, tennis shoes, sports bras, stetchy pants and appropriate shirts. Water bottle, hydration is important. Girls change into attire before class.
