Class Description
In this class students will explore chemistry concepts using everyday, edible ingredients. We will investigate topics like the states of matter, density, solutions, solubility, and more.
Each lesson turns the kitchen into a laboratory as we experiment with chocolate, maple syrup, popcorn, butter, ice cream, and even rock candy. Students will make predictions, record observations, and of course taste their results!
