Class Description
We will be reading The Year of Miss Agnes by Kirkpatrick Hill. “Fred attends a one-room school house in remote Alaska, 1948. The school can’t keep a teacher for anything, but when Miss Agnes arrives, everything changes. And Fred and her classmates have never met a teacher quite like Miss Agnes before. First of all, she boxes up all the textbooks and reads aloud from Robin Hood instead. And life just gets more interesting.”
