Class Description
Learn about rocks, minerals, fossils and more from a Christian perspective. Will include hands on activities and experiments! Each week students will add information to their rock folder. Rocks, minerals and fossils will be added each week to their very own rock collection that they will take home at the end of the semester! Students will also prepare a short oral presentation to share by the end of the semester.
Class fee includes rocks and fossils, a plastic organizer box, folder, and a guidebook for each student.
Requirements: Students will need to be able to copy words from the board and be able to read.
Materials Needed: School supplies – markers, colored pencils, scissors, glue, pencil. Suggested but not required – magnifying glass

*Due to the need to provide adequate supervision for our entire program, classes registering fewer than 5 students at sign-up may be canceled in order to allow for appropriate coverage.
