Class Description
Topical study of physics. I will be using Apologia Physics as the guide for the order of topics, but it is not necessary to use that particular book if the topics are researched well. There will be many experiments and there will be speeches and presentations. This is a high school level class and much will be expected.
Class Requirements: The students need a very good understanding of math. Physics has a lot math. Calculators are encouraged, but calculators merely calculate. The rest of the math will have to be understood. A notebook will be kept, not just kept at home, but filled and used. There will be prep work and notes will have to be taken. Did I mention high school level?
